I bought these 2 keychains and button inside St. Louis’ Union Station while I was there on a church trip in 1993. The Mighty Mississippi had over-run it’s banks that summer in wild and disastrous fashion and we were there to help rehab a house and fill sandbags to hold back flood waters.

I had a huge crush on this girl in my church group and I remember her telling me that I was wasting money on this stuff, shows what she doesn’t know. I only regret that my crush on this girl caused me to totally miss out on a hotel room making out opportunity with another very cool girl that in hindsight was very into me, but I missed it completely because I was so blinded with love for the Beavis and Butthead hater.

Actually, her Beavis and Butthead disapproval kind of initiated my souring on that girl.
